Women leaders from education, politics, business, and non-profit organizations in Iowa will gather to discuss and develop strategies for building women's leadership in the state. Sara Laschever will speak on "Negotiation and the Gender Divide". Preceding her 3:00 p.m. presentation, the summit will include networking lunch and concurrent workshops on how to advance women in leadership positions. Students, faculty, and staff from educational institutions are invited to register as are those interested in women's leadership roles in politics, business, non-profit and community organizations.
