Women leaders from education, politics, business and non-profit organizations will gather to discuss and develop strategies for building women's leadership in Iowa.
- Elizabeth Hoffman, Iowa State University's new Executive Vice President and Provost, will convene the Summit
- Deborah Kolb, Ph.D., Deloitte Ellen Gabriel Professor for Women and Leadership, Simmons School of Management, Boston, Mass., will speak on "Everyday Negotiation: Creating the Conditions for Leadership Success"
- Concurrent workshops on how to advance women in leadership positions
