Mission Statement

The mission of the Women's Leadership Consortium is the advancement of women's leadership by:

  1. Promoting institutional change by providing women's perspectives while introducing new initiatives, monitoring current policies and programs, and maintaining priorities;
  2. Providing institutional knowledge, interdisciplinary expertise, and national networks on women's issues;
  3. Coordinating effective & efficient strategies for change through continuity, communication and collaboration.
